Note: Domain, hosting, third-party tools, plugins, or paid services are billed separately unless explicitly included in the proposal.

4. Project Timelines & Delivery

Estimated timelines are shared before project commencement. Delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, or changes in scope may impact delivery schedules.

5. Revisions & Changes

Revisions are provided as per the agreed package or proposal. Additional changes, new features, or scope extensions may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website or project is transferred to the client. NikhilWorks reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy

Payments made are non-refundable once project work has started. This is due to time, resources, and effort invested in project execution.

8. Data & Security

While reasonable measures are taken to ensure data safety, NikhilWorks is not responsible for issues arising from third-party hosting providers, servers, or external services.

9. Limitation of Liability

NikhilWorks shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
